Initial licenses expire on September 30th of the year following the year of issue thereafter they expire every year on September 30th. Notices are emailed to each licensed Athletic Trainer at their last email address of record approximately sixty (60) days prior to September 30th.

If you would like a paper renewal form, please contact amanda.best@wyo.gov. The renewal application must be post-marked by September 30th of the renewal year to be considered. Any renewal application received with a post-mark after September 30th is returned, and the license becomes void.

When the renewal application is approved, the license is renewed for one (1) calendar years.
